Take a moment to sit down with your team and discuss what you observed in the children’s play.  Did you notice any similarities in what the children were saying or doing, as you independently observed their play?  Were there any common threads you wrote down on the observation forms?  In the comment box below, share your experiences of the post-play observation discussion.  What did you learn about your children’s interests, based on what you each independently observed?  Was there any overlap in play schema?  Did any similar themes emerge in different areas of the classroom?
